Lookup also includes caller_id and name_candidates when available.
An incomplete=true result indicates unavailable sources, not a confirmed absence.
Source requests retain a 3-second budget; text search has an 8-second budget.
Server-Timing reports I/O wall time. X-Phone-Cache reports hit/miss.
